Civic Association

The Okehocking Hills Civic Association is responsible for maintaining the common open space within our community.  Maintenance of this open space includes lawn service, landscaping, and insurance.  The Association operates according to published By-Laws and Covenants, has a Board of Directors, and levies annual membership dues and assessments.

All homeowners within the Okehocking Hills neighborhood (Beverly, Nicole, Minquas, Tomahawk, and select homes on Stackhouse Mill) are automatically members of the Association.  Membership is incorporated into the deeds of our homes and transfers to new owners.

Over the past few years, several homes were sold and new owners moved in. Association activity dwindled and dues were collected only for basic maintenance and insurance costs for the common areas.  In 2015 a new Board was created with the intention of revitalizing the association and improving neighborhood communication. Neighborhood events include a fall bonfire and holiday dinner — all are welcome!
