Okehocking Hills is a residential neighborhood in Edgmont Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. It is comprised of detached, single family homes built circa 1986 on Beverly Lane, Nicole Drive, Minquas Circle, Tomahawk Circle and Stackhouse Mill Road. Median interior living space is approximately 4,000 sq. ft. and median lot size is approximately 1.4 acres.
Edgmont Township
Edgmont Township is a Township of the Second Class, approximately 9.8 square miles in area and 3,987 residents. Edgmont is located in the north-central portion of Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Its northern boundary is on the Delaware County-Chester County line where it lies adjacent to Westtown and Willistown Townships, Chester County. In Delaware County it is bordered by Thornbury Township on the west, Middletown Township on the south, and Upper Providence Township on the southeast. On the east, the Township is bordered by Crum Creek, the Springton Reservoir, and Newtown Township.
Within Edgmont lies a tiny, unincorporated village known as Gradyville (19039). Gradyville consists primarily of a post office, gas station, flower shop, antique shop, and one or two houses. Though Edgmont has its own post office, most of the area is served by the Newtown Square post office (19073) as it delivers mail directly to residences.
